History
Built on a dream in 1965
Passionate mountaineer Hans Gmoser founded CMH while simultaneously inventing the modern heli-skiing movement. While most skiers were perfecting tandem turns at their local resort, Hans was taking it to the deep backcountry, building experiences that would stand the test of time. Today, Hans’s dream lives on across bucket lists the world over.
